GSM’s Community Day Services Licensure and Certification Survey
Yesterday, Good Shepherd Manor’s Community Day Services licensure and certification survey ended. The survey was completed by auditors from the Bureau of Accreditation, Licensure, and Certification through the Department of Human Services. These surveys include client file audit, GSM record review around policy, training, safety, and other data. Surveyors also conduct direct classroom observation, client, staff, and leadership interviews as well as interview of external sources such as family members and contracted service providers. It is an extensive review process with a complex scoring system.
Good Shepherd Manor achieved all possible points and were awarded a 100%, level 1 survey. This is an impressive accomplishment! These results are the outcome of teamwork and the work of many departments including staff, leadership, Human Resources, Nursing, and Support Services. This achievement reflects the good work that every staff member contributes in support of the mission of Good Shepherd Manor!
